Its heavy-duty, stainless steel construction makes this refrigerated prep table strong and durable enough to survive in any kitchen environment. It includes a strong and spacious polyethylene cutting board that conveniently runs the full length of the prep table and it’s 10.25” deep, functioning as a stage area for your culinary creations and assembly, it allows to be easily removed for cleaning or switching for a different board. Store all your condiments, meats, and vegetables in the cold topping area that can hold a variety different sized food pans and accommodate for various layout options to fit your needs, including up to sixteen 1/6 size pans, up to 6” deep (Includes clear plastic food pans). The hinged insulated lid cover keeps the food items cold when not in service, and its handle is perfectly located for easy access. 15 cu. ft. of backup storage available in the refrigerated cabinet for quick access, where additional items can be stored when needed.
