The sets marked Class 800/1 and 800/2 run as nine and five-gauge sets under the brand "Azuma" for the LNER operator on the East Coast Main Line respectively. GWR 'IET' sets wear numbers 800001-800036 and 800301-800321, and several of these trains have received two names, one per drive unit.
