INGREDIENTS: Organic Belgian dark chocolate (cocoa solids, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, coconut sugar) vanilla powder, Belgian organic cocoa powder. Everything is organic, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free ingredients. HOW TO MAKE ITALIAN HOT CHOCOLATE: Add 1 cup of plant-based milk (oat milk is a good choice but we like to combine oat with coconut milk) to a pot, and bring it to the stage of boil temperature. Turn off the fire, and add 2-3 big spoons of the mixture in the milk (no need to add extra sugar). Turn the fire to the lower temperature (very important) and stir for 30 sec to 1 min, until you reach your ideal thickness. Tools needed: pot, measuring cup, silicone spatula, and optional manual frother. HOW TO STORE THE CHOCOLATES: Keep the Italian chocolate in a dry cool place, away from the sunlight in the original packaging or airtight container. Last up to 6 months.
