The model T60XYZ-13L10A, XYZ Translation Stage is stacked by 2 units of Linear Translation Stage T60X-13L and a Vertical Stage T60Z-10A. This XYZ stage provides 13 mm in X and Y, 10 mm of vertical travel in Z and offers 3 kg of maximum center loading. Right- or center-handed configurations in X and Y axes are available. The modular type also can stack a Manual Rotation Stage R60A-L or R60B-L on the top platform. By the way, the XYZ Positioning Stage T60XYZ-13L10A will be packed as an XY Linear Stage T60XY-13L and a Vertical Stage T60Z-10A in a carton case. We also will provide the screws for your assembly.
